Discover the Espace® 70TH window and the Espace® O.C. 70TH window (a motorised OB version), allowing you to offer a product combining user comfort and air quality. It is also ideal for an adaptation to standards for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM).
- The motorisation and the steering system are fully embedded in the high transom of the frame.
- The motorisation allows the locking, unlocking and tilting of the frame.
- An integrated ventilation timer keeps the window in the tilt position for 10 minutes. Then the window closes and locks automatically.
- The motorisation of the frame can be controlled by means of a switch, remote control, wifi/smartphone connection or via the building automation app.
