The new Cérélia headquarters highlighted by Installux solutions
For 50 years, Cérélia has been making unique, tasty products that delight young and old alike.
For the construction of their new headquarters Cérélia called on KHARDAM ARCHITECTURE recommended by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The architect was able to reconcile technical and aesthetic requirements, to design a building combining modernity and tradition with materials such as local red bricks and a glass and aluminum structure.
This project located in an industrial zone in Saint-Laurent-Blangy in the Pas-de-Calais (62), was carried out under the supervision of Mr. Jean-Michel Delestienne, Industrial Performance Manager and JANOS Program Director at Cérélia.
For six months, the ESF team, a preferred partner of the Installux Group, worked on the construction of this new head office.
The budget for Installux joinery amounted to one million euros.
A project of great scope
TestimonyCérélia's head office represents a successful integration of modern, high-performance solutions while respecting the region's architectural identity.
Thanks to Installux products, this project combines comfort, aesthetics and energy performance, meeting both the customer's expectations and the site's requirements.
"This project represented an outsized challenge for a small SME like ours, faced with a site as ambitious as the head office of a multinational corporation. Yet we successfully met the challenge, highlighting our company's know-how and expertise
Installux products were essential to the successful completion of this project, perfectly meeting both the technical and aesthetic requirements of the project."

A modern facade with a strong architectural identity
TestimonyThe facade of Cérélia's head office combines the aesthetic appeal of traditional local red bricks with contemporary materials. To meet the technical and design requirements, Installux proposed the Univers 54® solution, a high-performance curtain wall that created a modern facade while respecting the architectural codes of the region.
"U54 is the ideal solution for creating unique facades that reflect the identity of each project. Combining design, functionality and energy performance, it is designed to create frames of up to 5 meters in 1/2 perimeter with a 54mm viewing mass. It maximizes light gain, reducing the need for artificial lighting while enhancing occupant comfort. Choosing U54 is the assurance of a building that is aesthetically pleasing, environmentally friendly and pleasant to live in."

O.C. 70TH® windows: innovation for thermal performance
To harmonize the joinery with the traditional look of red bricks and guarantee optimum thermal performance, Installux's O.C. 70TH® system was selected.
This system, with a hidden sash in black RAL, provides aesthetic discretion while meeting thermal requirements, with a Uw coefficient of 1.4.
The O.C. 70TH® system offers solutions to improve thermal performance, such as the integration of an extruded polyethylene foam spacer, ensuring a minimum Uf of 0.9 W/K.m². The O.C. 70TH+® model offers a fill level of up to 48 mm and façade drainage, helping to optimize the building's thermal performance and energy efficiency.
