A cocoon cradled by nature
Villefort, a small town in the Lozère region of France, is like no other! A clever blend of antiquity and nature. A breath of fresh air in an authentic landscape; a cobblestone of history that bears witness to a medieval past both glorious and tumultuous.
It is in this exceptional setting that a bricklayer couple wished to build their new residence. Aware of the exceptional environment that surrounds them, the customers opted for a home that is as comfortable, elegant and efficient as possible. The result is a jewel that combines the natural strength of a timber frame with the modernity of a flat roof, the ultimate contemporary touch. Many windows open onto this green paradise.
The choice of a craftsman manufacturer was an immediate one. Indeed, for aluminum joinery, they needed a man who was an expert in his trade to develop this project. Above all, this challenge illustrates the meeting of two craftsmen in love with their trades, passionate about fine work.
A project between two artisans demanding
Testimony"As craftsmen, we understood each other very quickly. The owner is used to stone and old buildings. His goal was to offer his future home the nobility and quality of craftsmanship. Opting for aluminum joinery was perfectly suited to this quest for quality and durability, because more material means greater strength. This project could only be made to measure, and we had to do a lot of aluminum bending to adjust the joinery, which contributes to the house's cachet. That's the whole point of going through a craftsman manufacturer, and the customer knew it.
With everyone's expertise, we succeeded in creating a home that's a pleasure to live in. It's perfectly insulated, able to withstand the cold temperatures of Lozère winters, robust and aesthetically pleasing right down to the smallest detail."

Customized, high-performance joinery
Thanks to its numerous Espace® 70TH thermal break windows, the house benefits from maximum light. The openings are composed of fixed units and tilt-and-turn windows with invisible hinges. The opening mechanism is fully integrated and disappears when the window is closed. The advantage? In addition to the sleek aesthetics, this choice guarantees excellent insulation. To guarantee the security of the house, roller shutters were also installed, in a color identical to that of the joinery, in order to preserve the architectural homogeneity.
